IBM's Pulse conference kicked off today in Las Vegas, NV. Over 8,000 attendees are learning how to fundamentally and cost-effectively change the economics of IT and speed the delivery of innovative products and services. Mobility and endpoint management is one of the conference tracks. Highlights:
- Opening general session. The session began with a presentation from a customer, Wellpoint on how it's using IBM technology to competitive advantage. IBM Tivoli General Manager, Danny Sabbah, and Robert LeBlanc, who heads up IBM’s Software Middleware Group, shared their insights and vision. The session also included performances by the highly acclaimed revolutionary a cappella group, Naturally 7!
- Mobility keynote. Forrester's Christian Kane kicked things off with a great presentation on enterprise mobility before hosting a roundtable with IBM's Bob Suttor, Wing To and Kevin Cavanaugh with questions from the audience.

The session was standing room only with lots of great questions from the audience.
