This includes setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of mobile messaging middleware, mobile device management, and mobile application management. Supported mobile devices include Apple iPhone and iPad, Google Android, RIM BlackBerry, and Windows™ Mobile smartphones and tablets.
IBM remotely manages the service and optionally provides level 2 and level 3 end-user support.
IBM Mobile Enterprise Services for managed mobility supersedes IBM Mobile Enterprise Services for mobile workers, for mobile professionals, and for BlackBerry.
