Communicate with IBM employees via Sametime

Last summer, Ed Brill blogged about how external customers and business partners can use Sametime to communicate with IBM employees.  The free service on IBM.com uses the Sametime Connect for Browsers client.   Based on user feedback, we're expanded the service to allow customers to use the Sametme Connect client.   To configure the Sametime Connect client, specify "extst.ibm.com" and port 80 in the Sametime Connectivity tab (see screenshot below).
