IBM has announced a subscription-based public desktop cloud service for customers.   The service delivers virtualized desktops to customers and leverages technologies from Desktone, VMWare and Citrix.

Inside IBM, employees in our labs and call centers are using this service to reduce costs and provide flexibility.
