Web Conferencing Services: Companies Embrace New Uses

A new study from Microsoft on Web Conferencing.   Nothing really new or surprising here but I did find the the charts and graphs useful.  At IBM, we use Sametime Web Conferencing for predominantly internal meetings and Sametime Unyte for predominantly external customer facing meetings.
